I grew up in California and wrote my first poem, a Haiku, in the fifth grade. Many, many (ahem) years later I am finally working on a to-be-published novel.

The corporate world kept me fed and able to travel (my other top passion) during the intervening years. After receiving an MA degree in TV, Film and New Media production, I held positions in media, project and organizational change management, and communications.

But the childhood dream of being an author called me through it all. I've come to this point prepared, having studied the craft of writing, completing a novel draft, a screenplay and more. So don't be afraid to sign up for my newsletter or when it's ready, buy the book!

Next, a night out with friends to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show turns into her own horror story, complete with waking up in a creepy cabin with no idea how she got there, her best friend missing, and let’s not forget the ominous visions about her mother’s people.

When everything she believes – about her mother’s death, her heritage, and the reality of life itself – is jeopardized, Tempe is faced with a soul defining choice.

The stakes are higher than she knows. Turns out untangling the interwoven threads of her past and risking the life she didn’t know she loved is the only way for her to save, well, everything.
